Reap, 77, Jennerstown, formerly of Johnstown, died July 14, 1985, at home. Born Feb. 18, 1908, in Johnstown, a son of William A. Reap and Emma Reap-Klein. Preceded in death by parents; stepfather, William Kline; and brother, William A. Reap. Survived by widow, the former Mary A. Ankeny. Half-brother of Madge, wife of Paul Mardis, Douglas, Ga.; stepbrother, John Klein, married to the former Mildred Arrich, South Fork RD 1; also very close friends Jerry and Susan Koontz. Member of Laurel Trinity Lutheran Church, Jennerstown, and Vigilant Fire Company, Johnstown. He was an Army veteran of World War II. Friends received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at the Hoffman Funeral Home, Allegheny Street, Boswell, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, the Rev. Jesse E. Wolf officiating.
