  Betty Jean (Speicher) Reckner, 58 of Harrisburg, formerly of Meyersdale,
  died Dec. 8, 1999, at Hershey Medical Center, Hershey, Pa,.  Born Aug. 11,
  1941, in Somerset.  A daughter of Richard Dale and Bernice I. (Saylor)
  Speicher of Meyersdale.  Also by a brother, Jay B. Speicher, Meyersdale;
  two nephews: Richard B. Speicher and his wife Michelle, and David A.
  Speicher, and his wife Adreinne, and a niece, Sandy L. Zeigler.  She was a
  caseworker for the D.P.A. office in Harrisburg.  A member of the Catholic
  Church, Central Pennsylvania Business Women's Association and national
  Business Women's Association.  A private service was conducted under the
  direction of the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale.  Interment, Rockwood
  Cemetery.
