  Catherine S. Reed, 72, Hay Street, Berlin, died Nov. 19, 1985, at Maple
  Mountain Manor.  Born June 23, 1913, in Berlin, daughter of Lewis R. and
  Emma B. (Horchler) Shockey.  Preceded in death by parents, and husband
  Edward Sr., who died in 1973.  Survived by son, Edward Jr., married to the
  former Shirley Saylor; Berlin; and two grandchildren: Brian and Doug.
  Member of Trinity United Church of Christ.  Friends will be received 2-4 and
  7-9 p.m. Thursday (today) in the Johnson-Kuhlman Funeral Home, where
  services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, with the Rev. Carl W. Schwarm
  officiating.  Interment, Berlin I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
