  William J. Reed Jr., 64, of 213 Evergreen Road, New Cumberland, died April
  3, 1973, in Harrisburg Hospital.  Member of Christ Presbyterian Church,
  Allendale.  A veteran of World War II.  Retired supervisor of the Selective
  Service.  Survived by his wife Sara Judy Reed; three brothers, George E. and
  William A. of Vanderbilt and Harry C., of Coral Gables, Fla.; and a sister,
  Mrs. Lillene McCubbin, Winter Haven, Fla.  Funeral services Thursday at 7:30
  p.m. in Christ Presbyterian Church, 421 Deerfield Road, Camp Holl
  [sic-should be Hill].  The Rev. Charles W. Idler, his pastor,
  officiating.  Friends may call from 6:30 p.m. until time of service.  In
  lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to
  the South Central Pennsylvania Heart Association.  Arrangements by the
  Gilbert W. Parthemore Funeral Home, New Cumberland."
