  Glenn C. Reese Jr., 57, Salix, died Feb. 22, 2001 at his residence.  Born
  May 22, 1943 in Johnstown, son of Glenn C. and Bessie M. (Riffle) Reese Sr.
  Preceded in death by mother and brother Glenn.  Survived by father and
  step-mother Juanita, Tyler, Texas; loving wife of 31 years, the former N.
  Lorene Hartwiger; son Jeffrey, married to the former Jennifer Warner,
  Warsaw, Ind.; daughter, Gretchen, married to Brian Burket, Windber;
  precious granddaughters, Alec Marie Reese and Sarah Rose Burket; brothers,
  John , Johnstown, and Randy, Tyler, Texas; father and mother-in-law, Robert
  and Garnet (Halliwell) Hartwiger, Bethlehem. Employed in as LPN at SCI
  Laurel Highlands.  Formerly employed in bricklaying dept., Bethlehem Steel
  Corp. Vietnam veteran, U.S. Air Force. 1962 graduate of Johnstown High
  School, 1984 graduate of LPN program, Johnstown Vo-Tech. Affiliated with
  Wesylean Holimess, Church.  Friends will be received 12-9 p.m. Saturday and
  Sunday at Picking-Treece-Bennett Mortuary, Inc., Downtown, 514 Somerset
  St., Johnstown where service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Revs. Bryan
  Myers and James Fetterman officiating.  Interment Benshoff Hill Cemetery
  where military rites will be held.
