  JACOB G. REESE 
  
  Jacob G. Reese, 82, New Centerville, Rockwood R.D. 2, died Oct. 15, 1978 at
  Somerset Community Hospital.  He was born March 13, 1896, in Somerset County,
  son of Josiah and Barbara (Miller) Reese.  He is survived by his widow,
  former Nellie Magnet; son, Donald E., Rockwood R.D. 2; daughter, Norma,
  wife of Richard H. Brugh, Rockwood R.D. 3; five grandchildren; and niece,
  Mrs. Lloyd Queer, Rockwood R.D. 3.  He was a retired farmer and sawmill
  operator.  He was a member of Middlecreek Church of the Brethren, New
  Centerville Volunteer Fire Department and Grange.  Friends were recelved at
  Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home, Somerset, where services were conducted
  with Rev. Herbert S. Schimp the Rev. Gregory R. F..... officiating.  Interment,
  Somerset County Memorial Park.  In lieu of flowers, remebrances may be made
  to the Middlecreek Church of the Brethren.
