  REEVES
  
  Leonard Henry Reeves, 83. of New Lexington died Dec. 2, 2001 at his
  residence.  Born May 11, 1918 in Humbert, Lower Turkeyfoot Township.  Son of
  Henry Leonard and Alta Iris (Pope) Reeves.  Preceded in death by parents and
  sister Verna Reeves.  Survived by: Daughters, Mrs. Richard A. (Vadna) Stairs
  of Newburg Md., and Mrs. John E. (Carol) Bazyk Sr. of Meadowview, Va.;
  three grandchildren, Shayne Kreger of Derry, John Bazyk of Manassas, Va.,
  and Keith Bazyk of Meadowview, Va., and five great-grandchildren, Megan and
  Shaync Kreger Jr., and Collin, Lauren. and Devin Bazyk.  Brother of Mrs.
  Frank D. (Alta) Mitchell of New Lexington; Mrs. Richard (Jane) Conn,
  Confluence; Mrs. Dewey "Jim" (Rita) Heinlein of Murraysville; Ms. Faye
  Waters, Wexford; William Reeves of Hartley, Del., and Richard Reeves,
  Cleveland, Ohio.  Member of Messiah Lutheran Church. World War II veteran of
  the U.S. Navy.  Retired construction laborer for Laborer International Union
  of America Local 419.  Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
  Wednesday at Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, where service will be conducted
  at 11 a.m. Thursday, Rev. Steven E. Calcr officiating.  Interment, Somerset
  County Memorial Park.  Contributions may be made to Messiah Lutheran Church,
