  REICH
  
  Charles J. "Jerry" Reich, 89, of Meyersdale died Nov. 27, 1995, in Elks
  Home, Bedford, Va.  Born in Meyersdale.  Son of the late Laura (Smith) and
  Joseph F. Reich.  Preceded in death by his wife, Edna Mae (Ray) Reich, and
  daughter, Laura Knecht.  Survived by two children: Marian, wife of Dr. Frank
  Thomas of Hancock, Md., and Joseph Reich of Pittsburgh; 17 grandchildren and
  12 great-grandchildren.  Graduate of Meyersdale High School and Duquesne
  University.  Retired funeral director from the Leckemby Funeral Home.  He was
  a former Meyersdale Borough Council president and secretary and chairman of
  the Pennsylvania Maple Festival and president of the Meyersdale Chamber of
  Commerce.  Member of SS. Philip and James Catholic Church, Meyersdale.
  Member of the BPOE 1951.  Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
  Wednesday at the Leckemby Funeral Home.  Funeral mass will be at 10:30 a.m.
  Thursday, with Father Timothy J. Swope.  Interment, church cemetery.
