  DONALD L. "RED" REICHARD
  
  Donald L. "Red" Reichard, 73, Rockwood, passed on March 2, 2004, at Select
  Specialty Hospital in Johnstown.  Born June 24, 1930, in Waynesboro, son of
  the late Jay and Alice (Hoover) Reichard.  He is preceded in death by his
  parents and an infant son.  He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Fadra
  (Pyle) Reichard, and sister, Luann Hochard of Sarasota, Fla.  He was an
  original member of the Somerset County Jeep Club and a member of the NRA.
  He was a member of Mount Calvary Lutheran Church in Lavansville and was a
  veteran of the U.S. Navy.  He was a retired employee of DeVilbiss with 38
  years of service.  A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at
  Miller Funeral Home, Rockwood.  Pastor Elisa Osman officiating.  Interment at
  Laurel Cemetery, Rockwood.  Memorial contributions may be sent to the
  American Cancer Society, 168 West Union Street, Somerset, Pa. 15501.
