REICHENBECHER Walter Martin Reichenbecher, 82, Addison RD 1, died Friday, July 28, 1989, at Somerset Community Hospital. Born Dec. 16, 1906, in Keysers Ridge, Md., he was the son of the late Peter and Ottillie (Hanft) Reichenbecher. He was preceded in death by his wile, Amelia (Miller) Reichenbecher, in 1974. He was employed by the Dravo Corporation and later became owner and operator of the Dixie Motel. He received a bachelor of arts degree from Western Maryland College and taught school for several years in Garrett County, Md. He was a member of the St. John's Lutheran M.S. Church.Surviving are three sons: Eugene Reichenbecher, Bethesda, Md.: and John Reichenbecher and Dr. Martin Reichenbecher, both of Addison; one daughter, Carolyn Cunningham, Brigham City, Utah; one sister, Elizabeth Smearman, Markleysburg; and four grandsons. Friends were received at the Newman Funeral Home, Grantsville, Md., where services were conducted Monday at 11 a.m. at St. John's Lutheran Church, Accident, Md., by the Rev. Ernest Lindner.
