ALEXANDER REID

  Alexander Reid, 92, died at his home on Fairview Ave., Wednesday morning after 
a very short illness.
  He was the son of Alexander and Annie Cummings Reid.  Surviving him are his 
wife, Frances Critchfield Reid; three sons, Edgar of Elmpra, O., John and James, 
here; two daughters, Mrs. Isabelle Custer, Rockwood, and Marie at home; one 
sister, Mrs. Annie McIndoe, Lonaconing, Md.; 14 grandchildren and 8 great-
grandchildren.
  Funeral services were held Saturday at 2 o'clock at the Humbert Funeral Home, 
with Rev. R. A. Kelly officiating.  Interment was made in the Johnson Chapel 
cemetery.
