Reiman, 68, of Berlin RD 1, died Feb. 5, 1996, at Somerset Hospital. Born Sept. 12, 1927, in Somerset, son of Clarence E. and Blanche (Knepper) Reiman. Preceded in death by parents; sister: June Barkman, and infant son, Gerald. Survived by his wife of 44 years, the former Mary Jane Speicher; daughter: Mrs. Daniel (Marsha) Grossman of Salem, Ohio; son, Dennis, married to the former Penny Piell of Berlin RD 1; grandehildren: Kristen Hamilton, Joshua, Jeremy, and Sara Grossman, Bradley, Gregory, and Kelley Reiman. Brother of Janet Bates of St. Louis, Mo.; Helen Engle of Berlin RD 1; Irene Evans of Somerset and Doris Coby of Canton, Ohio. Retired Stonycreek Township dairy farmer. Member of Brothersvalley Church of the Brethren where he served as deacon. Chairman of the Pike Cemetery Board of Directors, 40-year member of the National and State Holstein Association. Member of Pennsylvania Farm Bureau. A former director of Farm Credit. A 1945 graduate of Shanksville-Stonycreek High School. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Deaner Funeral home, Berlin. Viewing from 1:30 p.m. until service at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Brothersvalley Church of the Brethren, Rev. Timothy E. Resh and Rev. Owen Preston. Interment, Pike Cemetery, Brotherton.
