  REIS
  
  Mary J. Reis, 88, of Somerset, formerly of Confluence, died Oct. 9, 1999,
  in Somerset Hospital.  She was born July 22, 1911, in Addison, a daughter of
  the late Nelson and Annie (Meyers) Wright.  In addition to her parents, she
  was preceded in death by her husband Melvin "Bud" Reis, a daughter, Dorothy
  R. James, four brothers and two sisters.  She is survived by her son-in-law,
  Jerry V. James, and three grandchildren, Jerry M. James, Mary Veil James
  and Alan R. James, all of Somerset.  She was a member of the Addison United
  Methodist Church and worked for many years as a cashier for the Acme store
  in Confluence.  Family will receive friends at the Addison United Methodist
  Church on Tuesday from 11 a.m. until noon, the hour of the service, with
  the Rev. Timothy Rogers officiating.  Interment, Addison Cemetery.  Family
  suggest memorial contributions to the Addison United Methodist Church.
