  Pearl N. Reitz, 82, 304 West Sanner St., Somerset, died Feb. 18, 1988, at
  Somerset Community Hospital.  Born July 6, 1905, in Portage, daughter of
  William and Anna (Flaugh) Burkett.  Preceded in death by parents; first
  husband, Harry Lauffer; three brothers; three sisters; sons: Robert and
  James; and a grandson.  Survived by her husband, Lloyd; son, Raymond
  Lauffer, married to Josephine OiII, Armaugh; daughters-in-law: Kay
  Summerson, Mundy's Corner; and Colleen Lauffer, Akron, Ohio; stepson, Ray
  Reitz, Jim Thorpe, Pa.; 13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.  Member
  of Friedens Lutheran Church, Third Society of Farm Women, B.Y.K.O.T.A. and
  Lutheran Fellowship of Trinity Lutheran Church, Somerset.  Family will
  receive friends 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown.
  Viewing from 10 a.m. until services at 11 a.m. Saturday at Friedens
  Lutheran Church, with the Rev. James R. Ling officiating.  Interment,
  Prospect Cemetery, Portage.  Memorials may be given to the organ fund of
  Friedens Lutheran Church in her name.
