Renner, 62, Stoystown RD 3, formerly of Somerset, died July 13, 1989, in the Somerset Hospital. Born Sept. 8, 1926, in Somerset County, daughter of the late Joseph and Sarah (Spangler) May. Preceded by parents; husband, Homer C. Renner Sr.; and infant sister. Survived by step-father, Leroy Foust, Friedens RD 1; a close friend, Lloyd C. Hampe, Stoystown RD 3; these children: Homer C. Jr., Central City; and Joseph M., Somerset; a daughter, Mrs. Robert Crouse, Rogersville, Pa.; three grandchildren: Sharon Morgan, Charles W. Renner and Keri Ann Renner; these brothers and sisters: Bruce May, Judy McPherson and Rose Smith, all of Monaca; Richard May and Dorothy May, both of Philadelphia; Ruth Taylor, Creston, Ohio; Joseph May, Fredericksburg, Ohio; Thelma Cooper, Mechanicsburg; and one step-brother, Charles Foust, Allentown. Member of the Rayman Church of the Brethren. Formerly employed by Maple Mountain Manor and Somerset Taxi Company. Friends received 7-9 p.m. Saturday and 24 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home where services will be conducted Monday at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. William N. Hay officiating. Interment, Pike Cemetery, Brotherton.
