Resh, 73, of Somerset RD 6 died Feb. 22, 1973, in his residence. Born in Mance, Pa. on May 28, 1899, a son of Walter H. and Emma (Bauman) Resh. Preceded in death by parents, two sisters, three brothers and one daughter. Survived by his widow, Neva (Lint) Resh, three sons: Clyde H. of Elyria, Ohio; Robert a of Warren, Pa. and Gene W. of Ravenna, Ohio; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. These brothers and sisters: Benton R. of Schragin Falls, Ohio; Floyd H. of New Eagle, Pa.; Mrs. Ella Atchison of Somerset; Mrs. Grace Enfield, Mrs. Erma Gibbs, and Mrs. Stella Wetzel, all of Rockford, Ill. He was a member of Christ Casebeer Lutheran Church. Friendly Brothers bible class, superintendent of Casebeer Sunday school home department; formerly served on Casebeer Church council, member of Somerset Pomana Grange, retired Meadow Gold Company, and retired McNelly Bus Company driver. Funeral arrangements are incomplete. Friends received after 7 p.m. Friday (today) at the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the heart fund.
