  ORVIS E. RESH
  
  Orvis E. Resh, 78, of near Grantsville, died March 3; 1973, in Meyersdale
  Community Hospital.  Born near Grantsville, he was a son of the late Levi
  and Annie (Wiley) Resh, and was a Member of the Mennonite Church.  Surviving
  are his wife, the former Dora Hutzel; seven sons, Clark Resh, Jennings, Md.;
  waiter and Norman, both of Baltimore, Md.; Tony and Albert, both of Charles
  Town, W. Va.; Elmer, Park Heights, N. J.; and Playford Resh, at home: five
  daughters, Mrs. Jessie Resh, Accident; Md.; Mrs. Ruth Hetrick, Mrs. Carrie
  Wilt and Mrs. Rosella Miner, all of Grantsville; and Mrs. Irene Millet,
  Owings Mills; 38 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; two brothers,
  Brison, Grantsville; and Roy Resh, Akron, Ohio; and three sisters, Mrs.
  Lucretia Legree, Bittinger, Md.; Mrs. Carrie Kinsinger and Mrs. Minnie
  Beitzel, both of Grantsville.  Funeral service was conducted at Newman
  Funeral Home, Grantsville, with Rev. William Ferguson officiating.  Burial
  was held in Bittinger Cemetery.
