The daughter of Lloyd and Myrtle Johnson Shumaker, she was born September 22, 1906 in Masontown, Fayette County. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Harry Revie in 1983; two sons-in-law: Eugene Miller and Elbert Miller. She is survived by the following children: Mary M. Miller and husband Frank, Sipesville; Donald and wife Rhonda, Simpsonville, S.C.; Elizabeth A. Miller, Vintondale; stepdaughter, Dolores Johns, New Florence; eleven grandchildren; one step grandson; fourteen great-grandchildren; one step great-granddaughter; and one great-great-grandchild. Mrs. Revie had lived in the Brush Valley area since 1957, where she was a member of the Seward United Methodist Church. She was a member of the Golden Rule Sunday School Class and the Brush Valley Senior Citizens. She was a State and National member of the Grange and served as Pomoala and the Brush Valley Grange and a former member of the Birthday Club. Friends were received from 2-4 and 7-9 Friday at Robinson-Lytle, Inc., Indiana, where funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday with the Rev. Ruth Moore officiating. Interment was in Greenwood Cemetery.
