  Catherine E. Reynolds, 51, died June 20, 2005, in Jacksonville, Fla. A daughter
  of Evelyn L. Reynolds and the late Dean Reynolds. She is survived by two
  children, Melissa Phillips and Stephen Phillips, Jacksonville; sister Elaine
  Kutchman and husband Ray, Jacksonville, Fla.; brother Gordon Reynolds and wife,
  Dona, Boswell; niece, Gina Reynolds and husband Paul Clark, Chicago; and nephew,
  Chris Reynolds, Boswell. She was last employed as a nurse at Tandem Nursing Home
  in Jacksonville, and was a longtime nurse at Somerset State Hospital. Air Force
  veteran and North Star High School graduate. Funeral service was held June 24
  in Jacksonville. Interment at Jenner Crossroads Cemetery at convenience of
  family. Donations may be sent in Cathy's name to Community Hospice of Northeast
  Florida, 4266 Sunbeam Road, Jacksonville, FL 32256
