  REYNOLDS
  
  Mary Beerits Reynolds of Oakland, Calif., formerly of Somerset, died
  Oct. 6, 1982, in Oakland. Mrs. Reynolds was born in Somerset, the
  daughter of the late John H. and Florence (Knepper) Beerits.  She
  attended the local schools, and graduated from the former National
  Park College in Forest Glen, Md.  Her husband, Rear Admiral Carroll
  Dayne Reynolds, USN (Ret.), died in 1973.  She is survived by two
  sons, Dr. Stephen C. Reynolds Of Eugene, Ore. and Michael D.
  Reynolds, MD, of Catharpin, Va. and Washington, D.C.  Also by four
  grandchildren, Krisjanis S. Reynolds, Anna E. Reynolds, Melissa M.
  Reynolds, and Jesse M. Reynolds; a brother, Henry C. Beerits of
  Wiscasset and Deer Isle, Maine, and Admiral Reynolds' sister, Mrs.
  Frances R. Ford of Oakland, Calif.  Also by a number of nieces and
  nephews.  A memorial service was held at the chapel at Treasure Island
  Naval Base, San Francisco, Calif.  Ashes were scattered over San
  Francisco Bay.
