"Polly Parrot" 05/24/2007 THE NEW REPUBLIC June 15, 1938 May 14, 2007 Simon E. "Polly Parrot" Reynolds, 68 of Garrett, died May 14, 2007 at Conemaugh Medical Center. He was born June 15, 1938 in Berlin, a son of the late Clyde Earl Reynolds and Catherine (Beal) Reynolds of Garrett. He was preceded in death by a brother, Floyd Reynolds Sr. He is survived by his wife Alverda (Knee) Reynolds and these children: Lee Ann, wife of Jeffrey Yoder, Meyersdale; and Tracey Hainzer, and friend Brian Carlson, Somerset. Three grandchildren: Brandon Schrock, Brent and Trevor Hainzer. He was a brother of: Lottie Sutton; June, wife of Joe Stiffey; and Linda, wife of Albert Stiffey, all of Garrett. A number of nieces and nephews and grandnieces and nephews. He was a truck driver for James Barron Trucking. Friends were received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the M. Ray Leckemby Funeral Home Meyersdale. Funeral service was conducted Thursday at 2 p.m. with Pastor Robert N. Stahl officiating. Interment Highland Cemetery Garrett. REYNOLDS, Simon E.
