MINNIE RHODEHAVER

  Mrs. Minnie Rhodehaver, wife of Tom Rhodehaver of near Harnedsville, passed 
away at her home on Friday, Jan. 3, 1941, after a long illness.  Mrs. Rhodehaver 
was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Smith of Silbaugh.  Of a family of six 
brothers and five sisters, she was the first to break the family circle.  She 
was the mother of two children, Everett, who lives in Harnedsville, and Pauline, 
at home.  She was a woman well liked, a wonderful neighbor and had a host of 
friends.   The funeral was held at the Methodist church in Harnedsville and was 
attended by more than could be crowded into the church.
  Rev. J. O. Martin of the Confluence circuit, assisted by Mrs. L. G. Richey of 
Addison, conducted the funeral services.  Henry Rhodehaver of Somerfield, 
assisted by his grandson, was the funeral director.  Interment was in the 
Addison Cemetery.
