  EFFIE RHODEN
  
  Mrs. Effie E. Rhoden, 80, of Salisbury RD 1, died March 4, 1978, in
  Meyersdale Community Hospital.  Born in Elk Lick Township, January 28,
  1898, she was a daughter of the late Henry and Mahala (Folk) Bodes.
  She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Rhoden.  Mrs. Rhoden
  was a member of St. Paul (Wilhelm) United Church of Christ.  She is
  survived by a daughter, Mrs. Edna Mae Baer, Salisbury RD 1, and a
  grandchild.  Services were held Monday at the Thomas Funeral Home with
  the Rev. Lloyd E. Sechriest officiating.  Interment, Salisbury Cemetery.
