  Beatrice Mae Rhodes, 91, of Somerset died April 1, 2002 at Siemon
  Lakeview Manor Estate, Somerset.  Born Nov. 13, 1910 in Connellsville.
  Daughter of Harrison Edward and Millie Jane (Shephard) Barclay.
  Preceded in death by parents, son Elmer F. Rhodes Jr. who died Nov.
  16, 1991, infant son Larry E. Rhodes, a grandson, three
  great-grandchildren, brothers Milton and Paul Barclay and a sister
  Ruth Barclay.  Survived by husband, Elmer Franklin Rhodes to  whom she
  was married 71 years; children, Mrs. Charles E. (Colleen) Maust of
  Berlin; Mrs. John L. (Greta) Bocsy Jr. of Boswell. and Charles E.
  Rhodes of Berlin.  Also 13 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and
  one great-great-grandson.  Sister of Harrison E. Barclay of Scottdale,
  Mrs. Wilma Stevens of Mt. Pleasant.  A 1928 graduate of Somerset High
  School and a 1967 graduate of California State College.  Member of Mt.
  Calvary Lutheran Church: Pa. Retired Teachers Association and retired
  in 1976 with 14 years of service as an elementary teacher for the
  Rockwood Area Schools.  Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to
  9 p.m. Tuesday at Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home.  Service will be
  conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday at Mt. Calvar Lutheran Church,
  Somerset, with the Rev. Dennis L. Doebler officiating.  Interment,
  Lavansville Lutheran Cemetery.  Contributions may be made to Meals On
  Wheels, 235 West Church St., Somerset. Pa. 15501 or Mt. Calvary
  Lutheran Church, 3093 Glades Pike, Somerset. Pa. 15501.  Viewing one
  hour prior to the service at the church.
