  GABE SIDNEY RICE
   
  Gabe Sidney Rice, 61, of Meyersdale RD 4, was dead on arrival at
  Meyersdale Community Hospital, Sept. 16, 1975.  Born March 29, 1914,
  in Barnardsville, N.C., he was a son of Martin and Mitia (Williams)
  Rice.  Mr. Rice was a carpenter by trade. Surviving are two sons,
  Gordon Rice, Meyersdale RD 4; and Charles Philip Rice, Marion, NC.; a
  daughter, Patricia, of Florida ; five brothers and two sisters, Ted,
  Camp Springs, Md.; Howard, Blackfield, Va.; Raymond, Paul and Richard
  Rice, Mrs. Mildred Ballard and Itaska Rice, all of Asheville, N.C.
  Friends were received Wednesday afternoon and evening at Price
  Funeral Home, Meyersdale.
