  LUCY M. RICE
  
  Lucy M. Rice, 89, formerly of Mount Savage, Md., died Friday, April
  10, 1987, in the Frostburg Village Nursing Home, Md.  She was born in
  Pinkerton, March 26, 1898, daughter of the late Thomas and Dartha
  (Miller) Frankenberry.  She was a member of Mount Savage United
  Methodist Church and Rebecca Arnold Chapter 57, Order of the Eastern
  Star. Her husband, Albert C. Rice, died in 1967.  Surviving are two
  sons: Albert P. Rice, Corriganville, Md.; and Clarence E. Rice, Union
  Lake, Mich.; three daughters: Mrs. Lillian R. Adams, Mount Savage,
  Md.; Mrs. Helen L. Smith. Zihlman, and Mrs. Jessie C. Robinette,
  Wellersburg; one brother, James P. Frankenberry, Mount Savage, Md.;
  10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.  Friends were received
  in the Durst Funeral Home, Frostburg, where services were conducted
  Monday at 11 a.m. by the Rev. John R. Scamehorn.  Interment, Mount
  Savage Methodist Cemetery.
