Born Jan. 4. 1908, in Somerset. Daughter of the late Jacob and Nannie Edith (Brubaker) Cook. Also proceeded in death by husband, Frank B. Rich, who died Oct. 10, 1974; sisters, Avis Evon Nagle and Evon Avis Friedline, and brother, Charles William Cook. Survived by brother-in law, James J. Friedline of Somerset; and these nieces and nephews: Mrs. Richard (Carole) Vandall of Pittsburgh, Mrs. Peter (Sandra) Haschak of Gibsonia, Theodore W. Cook of Allison Park, Mrs. William ((Pamela) Heer of Rotonda West. Ha.; Todd Nagle of San Diego, Calif. Also 4 great-nephews anti 3 great-nieces; 2 great-great-nephews and 1 great-great-niece. 1926 graduate of Somerset High School. Received her master's degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Former social worker in Toledo, Ohio, and Pittsburgh. Friends received from 9 a.m. until time of service at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 22, at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, with the Rev. Clarence C.
