  Beulah Francenia "Sis" Rich, 89, of Northwood, Ohio, died Nov. 12,
  1997, at Oregon Nursing Center, Oregon, Ohio.  Born Jan. 4. 1908, in
  Somerset. Daughter of the late Jacob and Nannie Edith (Brubaker)
  Cook.  Also proceeded in death by husband, Frank B. Rich, who died
  Oct. 10, 1974; sisters, Avis Evon Nagle and Evon Avis Friedline, and
  brother, Charles William Cook.  Survived by brother-in law, James J.
  Friedline of Somerset; and these nieces and nephews: Mrs. Richard
  (Carole) Vandall of Pittsburgh, Mrs. Peter (Sandra) Haschak of
  Gibsonia, Theodore W. Cook of Allison Park, Mrs. William ((Pamela)
  Heer of Rotonda West. Ha.; Todd Nagle of San Diego, Calif.  Also 4
  great-nephews anti 3 great-nieces; 2 great-great-nephews and 1
  great-great-niece. 1926 graduate of Somerset High School. Received
  her master's degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Former social
  worker in Toledo, Ohio, and Pittsburgh.  Friends received from 9 a.m.
  until time of service at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 22, at the
  Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, with the Rev. Clarence C. Moore
  officiating.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.  Contributions
