  RICHARDS
  
  Edgar M. Richards, 76, Stoystown RD 1 (Ralphton) died Sept. 19, 1981,
  at Somerset Community Hospital.  Born June 5, 1905, in Allenboro, W.
  Va., son of Durgan and Martha (Vincent) Richards.  Preceded in death
  by parents, one sister, Mabel Kesling. Survived by widow, the former
  Mary Zuzulia, and these children: Shirley Townsend, Madison, Ohio;
  Mary Louise Miner, Pittsburgh; Charles, Somerset; and these
  step-children: Helen Markel, Penn Run, Pa.; Margaret Anderson,
  Johnstown; Philip Dutko, Jefferson, Ohio; Barbara Bomba, Johnstown;
  Eugene Dutko, Chambersville, Pa.; 20 grandchildren; 11 great
  grandchildren.  Brother of Rose Leonard, Clarksburg, W. Va., and
  Emmett, Willoughby, Ohio. Retired coal miner and army veteran of
  World War II.  Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at
  Hoffman Funeral Home, 409 Main St., Boswell, where service will be
  held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, the Rev. Dennis Grimm, officiating.
  Interment, Jennerstown Lutheran Cemetery.
