  HAROLD O. RICHTER 
  
  Harold O. Richter, 68, died July 11, 1975, in Fresno, Calif.  He was
  born in Accident, Md., and had lived 16 years in Fresno County. He
  was a machinist for Valley Nitrogen and lived at 405 E. Cornell
  Avenue.  Remembrances were sent to the Bethel Lutheran Church Memorial
  Fund.  He was the husband of Jessie E. Richter, and the father of
  Robert H., Kenneth E. and Mary V. Richter of Fresno, Calif.; Betty J.
  Querry of South Carolina; Margaret Candella of Illinois; Vernon and
  James Shahan of West Virginia.  There are 14 grandchildren and seven
  great-grandchildren.  He was a brother of Walter, Arthur, Vernon and
  Carl Richter, all of the Grantsville area; Albert, Clarence and
  Edward Richter and Mrs. Roberta Bernard of Pennsylvania; James
  Richter and Mrs. Iva Daulbaugh of Ohio; and Glenn Richter of Florida.
  Funeral service was held July 15 at the Bethel Lutheran Church, with
  interment in Fresno Memorial Gardens, with Stephens and Bean Chapel
  in charge of arrangements.
