  HENRY C. RICHTER 
  
  Henry C. Richter, 91, of Confluence, died July 1, 1972.  Born March
  23, 1881, in Cove, Md., he was a son of the late George and Mary
  (Cassell) Richter.  Surviving are his wife, the former Olive Cramer;
  one son, Richard, Falls Church, Va.; a daughter, Mrs. Robert (Helen)
  Lohene, McLean, Va.; six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren;
  and two half-brothers, Charles Oester, Meyersdale, and Oscar Oester,
  Clearwater, Fla.  He was preceded in death by his first wife, the
  former Josie Wilson.  He was a member of Confluence Trinity Lutheran
  Church and of Masonic Lodge No. 12 of Washington, D.C. Funeral
  service was held in Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, Tuesday
  afternoon, with Rev. Russell Kerns officiating.  Interment in Addison
  Cemetery.
