Ridenour, aged 44, Rockwood dentist, died at his home at 10 o'clock last Thursday night. Although his health had been impaired for a long time, he was able to be at his office until two weeks ago, when his condition became serious. Dr. Ridenour was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Ridenour and was born in Rockwood. Since graduating from the University of Pittsburgh Dental School at Pittsburgh in 1922, he practiced his profession in his native town. He was a member of Somerset Masonic Lodge and of Jaffa Temple of the Mystic Shrine, at Altoona. Funeral services were conducted Saturday afternoon by Rev. C. R. Kresge, pastor of the Trinity Reformed Church, and Rev. Walter Berkebile, pastor of the Rockwood Church of the Brethren. Meyersdale Republican, November 24, 1932
