Born June 2, 1920, in Unity Township, Westmoreland County, daughter of the late John D. and Mary Edna (Kline) Zeltner. Survived by husband of 55 years, Sidney W.; sons, S. William, married to the former Mary Ann Hauger, Friedens, and C. Daniel, married to the former Janet Marie Yingling, Friedens; grandchildren: Daniel Jeffrey, Aaron Joseph, Ryan Eugene, Michael David and Julie Christine Riggs and Emily Jean Korns; great-grandchildren: Abigail, Cole, Anna, Delaney, Frances, Madalyn and Isaac: and sister Kay, married to Milford Morgan, Hidden Valley. Graduate of Latrobe Area High School and former Indiana State Teacher's College. Retired teacher for Somerset School District, Sipesville Elementary School having taught for 37 years. Also a partner in Riggs Enterprises. Member of Zion-Hoffman. Evangelical Lutheran Church, Friedens; WELCA, Seventh Society of Farm Women and the Oakbrook Acorns. Past member of Somerset Country Club Women's Golf Association and the Sunnehanna Country Club Women's Golf Association. She was an avid golfer. Also enjoyed traveling and collecting spoons. Friends received from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Hoffman Funeral Home, Main Street, Boswell, where the Seventh Society of Farm Women will have a memorial service at 4 p.m. Sunday. Friends also received from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Monday at the Zion-Hoffman Church, the Rev. Kathleen A. Kuehl officiating. Interment church cemetery.
