  FOSTER A. RIGGS 
  
  Foster Arlington Riggs, 69 of 1606 Youghiogheny Drive, Mountain Lake
  Park, died Aug. 15, 1980 in Garrett County Memorial Hospital.  He was
  born Jan. 9, 1911 in Rowlesburg, W.Va., and was a son of the late
  James M. Riggs and Dessie (Hileman) Riggs.  He was a retired school
  teacher and served as a principal at Swanton,  Loeh Lynn,
  Grantsville, Mountain Lake Park, Centre Street and Dennett Road
  schools.  He was a life member of the Parent-Teachers Association.
  He is survived by his widow, Mary (Loughrie) Riggs; and one son,
  Foster A. (Sonny) Riggs, Temple Hills, Md.  Services were condueted in
  the Durst Funeral Home with the Rev. James F. Remley officiating.
  Interment will be in Garrett County Memorial Gardens.
