Rigo, 57, 288 Railroad Ave., Jerome, died April 22 at Lee Hospital Johnstown. Born Nov. 11, 1916 in Kittanning, a son of August and Julia Zambanini Rigo. Preceded in death by parents and a sister Edith. Survived by step-mother, Mrs. Marie Rigo of South Gate, Mich.; widow, the former Helen Phillips; a son Dr. Larry, married to the former Paula Sinkus of Meadville and a granddaughter Allison. Brother of Amuel of Jerome; Mary, wife of Ben Pardini of Chicago, Ill. and Mrs. Jennie Phillips of Boswell. Was a member of Holy Cross Roman Catholic Church, Jerome and past president of the Holy Name Society of the church. Was vice-president of the Somerset County Old Timers Baseball Association, past vice-president of the Jerome Volunteer Fire Company and a member of the Jenner Rod and Gun Club. Was an employe of the Island Creek Coal Co. and the Tire Hill Local 998 U.M.W. of A. Friends received at the Joseph H. Hoffman Funeral Home, 227 Allegheny St. Boswell, where rosary will be recited 8 p.m. Thursday with funeral mass 9 a.m. Friday at Holy Cross Church, Jerome with the Rev. Bonaventure Jezierski O. F. M.
