ALEX RINGER

  Alex Ringer, aged 84, died at his home in Berlin June 26.  He was born in 
Stonycreek Township, November 14, 1855.  He owned and operated farms in 
Stonycreek and Brothersvalley Townships until 1933, when he retired.  He was 
married in 1881 to Miss Minerva Jane Schrock.
  His only child, Mrs. Estelle Wills, preceded him in death in 1935.
  Funeral services were conducted Saturday afternoon by Rev. Dr. C. P. Bastian, 
Berlin Lutheran pastor.  Interment in the Berlin I.O.O.F. Cemetery, under the 
direction of Johnson & Son, Berlin morticians.
