  Ethlyn Theresa (Carey) Ringer, 80, Somerset, died April 2, 1998, at
  Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown.  Born Jan. 17, 1918, in
  Meyersdale. Daughter of the late Thomas Edward and Edna Dale (Dayton)
  Carey.  Also preceded in death by husband, John Elwood Ringer, who died
  in 1952: brothers Hubert A. and Raymond L. Carey; sister, Eddythe
  Leazier.  Survived by daughter, Mrs. Gary W. (Debra S.) Libell, Erie,
  and grandson, Jason A. Libell; sister, Sara Weigle, Berlin. Graduated
  in 1936 from Somerset High School.  Friends will be received from 7 to
  9 p.m. Friday at the Hanger-Zeigler Funeral Home, where services will
  be conducted at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, with the Rev. Robert J. Hoover Jr.
  officiating.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.
