Ringer, 67, of Windber, formerly of Kingwood, died May 24, 2003 at her home. The daughter of the late Warren and Erma (Martin) Miller, she was born March 5, 1926 at Albright (Valley Point), W.Va. Also preceded in death by a brother, Harland Gene Miller. Survived by three daughters, Crystal Varner and spouse, Alex of Stoystown, Yvette Penrod and spouse Tom of Johnstown and Carla Ringer of Thomasville; two brothers and spouses, Ivon and Janet Miller of Albright and William (Sonny) and Dottie Miller of Bruceton Mills; six sisters, Shirley DeVall and spouse, Norman of Albright, Claudia Clark and spouse Dallas of Albright, Jane Kelly and spouse, Howard of Albright, Kay Fulk of Bruceton Mills, Linda Martin and spouse David of Princeton, W.Va. and Patsy Miller of Kingwood; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She attended the McHenry United Methodist Church. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Carl R. Spear Funeral Home, Brandonville-Bruceton Mills, W.Va., and from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Centenary United Methodist Church, where funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Rev. Gary Reed officiating.
