Ringler, 71, of 114 1/2 Blaul Avenue, died Wednesday, October 17, 1984, at his residence. He was born Jan. 8, 1913 in Salisbury, a son of the late Earl C. Ringler and Lucinda (Lowry) Ringler. He was a retired brakeman and conductor for the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad. He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Irene Miller, and one daughter. He is survived by one son, Fred A. Ringler, Fort Mill, S.C.; three sisters, Mrs. Ethel Harding and Mrs. Louise Tressler, both of Salisbury; Mrs. Anna Marie Anderson, Radford, Va.; six brothers, Robert K. Ringler, Walter R. Ringler, Earl S. Ringler and Karl A. Ringler, all of Salisbury; Lawrence E. Ringler, West Salisbury; Harry L. Ringler, Boynton; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Friends were received at the Thomas Funeral Home, Salisbury. Services were conducted at the funeral home with the Rev. Mark J. Stewart officiating . Interment, Salisbury Cemetery.
