Ringler, 79, Salisbury died Aug. 20 in Berlin. Born in Elk Lick Township, Jan. 25, 1883 he was a son of the late Samuel J. and Ellen (Duecker) Ringler. Surviving are his wife, Lucinda Lowry Ringler; seven sons Clyde, Cumberland; Robert K. and Lawrence, West Salisbury, Carl S., Salisbury RD 1; Walter R. and Karl A.. Salisbury; and Larry L., Boynton; three daughters, Mrs. Ethel R. Harding, Mrs Louise R. Tressler, Salisbury: and Mrs. Anna M. Anderson, Radford, Va.; 21 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; also a brother. Dillon Ringer, Harrisburg; and a sister, Mrs. Olive M. Herring, Salisbury. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Somerset. Funeral service was held on Wednesday afternoon at Thomas Funeral Home, Salisbury, with Rev. Ernest N. Rumbaugh officiating.
