Ringler, 82, of Berlin RD 1, died Oct. 13, 1982, at Somerset Community Hospital. She was born Jan. 18, 1900, in Somerset Township, daughter of Harvey F. and Elmira K. (Fritz) Menser. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Austin S., who died in 1956; and a brother, Ray Menser. She is survived by daughter, Mrs. Leon (Elmira Jane) Knepper, and son, William H., both of Berlin RD 1; seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She was a sister of: William Menser, Alexandria, Va.; and Mrs. William (Ida) Wilson, of Somerset. She was a life-long Lutheran and a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Berlin, and former member of the L.C.W. She also was a member of Forbes Road Chapter D.A.R., Second Society of Farm Women and a charter-member of the Wills Grange. Friends were received at the Johnson-Kuhlman Funeral Home, Berlin, where services were held with the Rev. Kenneth S. Swanson officiating. Interment, Walker Cemetery.
