  RININGER
  
  Kenneth W. "Minnie" Rininger, 88, of Kennedy Road, Stoystown, died
  May 6, 1998, at Somerset Hospital.  Born Nov. 7, 1909, in Quemahoning
  Township.  Son of Ross and Myrtle (Specht) Rininger.  Preceded in death
  by parents, sisters Ellen Custer, Pauline Homer and Margaret Griffith,
  and brothers Meredith, Carl and R.M., William, Donald, Daniel, Robert,
  Russel, Earl and Harold.  Survived by his wife of 46 years, the former
  Louise Nair, and these children: Ross and friend Avey Neuhof;
  Marlene, married to Philip Krouse; Roy, and Lena and friend Mike
  Catanese, all of Stoystown, and George, married to the former Janet
  Emerick, of Boswell.  Grandchildren Ross and Heidi Rininger, Scott,
  Rebecca and Eric Krouse, Kenneth Weigle, Ashley and Mario Catanese,
  Lisa Kaffenberger, April and Charles Davis.  Two great-grandchildren
  and sisters Cathryn Powell of Somerset and Mary Louise Koontz of
  Windber.  Retired from Pennsylvania Fish Commission.  Family will
  receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Deaner Funeral
  Home, Stoystown, where service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Rev.
  Walter Startzel.  Interment, Odd Fellows Cemetery, Stoystown.
