Ritenour, 86, formerly of Jones Mills, died March 31, 1981, in St. Annes Home, Greensburg. He was born Sept. 20, 1894, at Melcroft, son of the-late Henry and Martha (Berger) Ritenour. He was a retired employee of Robertshaw-Fulton Controls at Youngwood, former rural mail carrier, member of Countyline Church of the Brethren where he was a former deacon and Sunday school superintendent for many years. He is survived by one son, Donald L. Ritenour of Somerset; two daughters: Mrs. Walter (Lucille) Kalp of Melcroft, and Mrs. William (Virginia) Aultman of Mammoth; 11 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren; four brothers: Claude of Derry; Orren of Rockwood; Hayes of Warren, Ohio; and Homer of Jamestown. Friends were received at the M. Ray Leckemby Funeral Home, Meyersdale where services were held with the Rev. James Shockey. Interment, Union Cemetery. The Republic, April 9, 1981 [R664]
