RIZER Benjamin Herman (Frosty) Rizer, 70, of Eckhart, Md., Sept. 10, 1980 in the University of Maryland Hospital. He was a native of Frostburg, Md., and was a son of the late Arthur Rizer and Mary Ann (Davis) Rizer. He was retired head custodian at Fort Hill High School, Cumberland, Md., and a member of Welsh Baptist Church. He is survived by three sons, James T. Rizer, Ohio; Herman Rizer, Cumberland and Robert Rizer, Eckhart; four daughters, Mrs. Mary Lou Strohecker, Harrisburg; Mrs. Clara Mae Powell and Mrs. Charmagne Powell, both of Eckhart and Mrs. Susan Folk, Baltimore, Md. Also surviving are two stepsons, Albert Spataro, Finzel and Mike Spataro, Eckhart; one stepdaughter, Mrs. Linda Powell, Eckhart; five sisters, Mrs. Goldie Rolowf, Toledo, Ohio; Mrs. Ruth Morley, Amsterdam, Ohio; Mrs. Reta Humbertson, Eckhart; Mrs. Clara Morgan, Norfolk, Va. and Mrs. Myrtle Johnson, Eckhart, several neices and nephews, several grandchildren and one great grandson.
