  HAROLD E. RIZER 
  
  Harold E. Rizer, 51, of Baltimore, formerly of Zihlman, died May 6,
  1980 in Good Samaritan Hospital, Baltimore.  He had been ill about 18
  months.  He was born in Zihlman, and was a son of the late Henry Rizer
  and Anna (Coleman) Rizer.  He was an employee of Allied Metal Finishing
  Company, Baltimore.  He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Estella (Dieck)
  Rizer; three sisters, Mrs. Cleo Quinn and Mrs. Betty Quinn, both of
  Zihlman; Mrs. Anna Mae Machin, Mt. Savage, Md.; four brothers, Henry
  Rizer, Youngstown, Ohio; John A. Rizer, Baltimore, Md.; Warren Rizer,
  Zihlman, and Jack Rizer, Meyersdale.  Friends were received at the
  Sowers Funeral Home.
