   Victor Edward Robb, 83, Windber, formerly of Mann's Choice, died Nov. 13, 2007, at his
  home. Born Feb. 29, 1924, in Bedford, a son of the late Clyde and Josephine (Werner)
  Robb. Also preceded in death by his wife, Rose Marie (Beyer) Robb in 1990; and
  granddaughter, Dalena M. Valentine. Survived by these children, Donna M., wife of Virgil
  J. Otto, Meyersdale; David P. Robb and his wife, Cindy (Resinger), Huntingdon; Janet A.,
  wife of Michael Valentine, Meyersdale; Cletus C. Robb, Mann's Choice; and Carl J. Robb,
  Youngstown, Ohio. Loving Pap to his grandchildren, Krista, wife of Joe Krause; Jennifer,
  wife of Jake Topper; Andrew and Chelsea Valentine. Pappy Vic to great-grandchildren,
  Madeline and Lydia Krause, Gavin and Lilah Topper. Vic was loved for his quiet gentle
  spirit and he lived a simple life. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends,
  loved the outdoors hunting, fishing, and watching the horses run. He will be sadly
  missed, but he is at peace now with his loved ones who have gone before him. Friends will
  be received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale. Funeral
  Mass will be at 11 a.m. Friday at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, New Baltimore.
  Committal will follow at St. John the Baptist Cemetery. Arrangements by the William Rowe
  Price Funeral Home Inc., Meyersdale.
