  ROBERTS
  
  Horace E. Roberts, 89, of Somerset RD 2, died March 18, 1988, in
  Siemon Lakeview Manor Estate.  Born March 25, 1898, Broadtop, Pa., a
  son of John and Lecirtiria (Whitford) Roberts.  Also preceded in death
  by his wife, the former Bertha Mull, on March 14, 1988; three brothers
  and four sisters.  Survived by these children: Herbert E. of
  Chattanooga, Tenn.; Mrs. Leroy (Eleanor) Ash, Somerset RD 2; Mrs.
  James (Eyleen) Biestel, Tampa, Fla.; two grandchildren, Tammy and
  Alan Ash.  He was a member of the Covenant Presbyterian Church,
  Boswell; UMWA; VFW, Somerset. Veteran of World War I.  Friends
  received 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Saturday in Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home,
  where services will be conducted 1 p.m. Sunday, the Rev. Roy A.
  Worsham.  Interment, Edie Cemetery.
