She was born May 16, 1859, the daughter of Charles and Jane (Bird) Roberts. She enjoyed good health all her life, never having to call a doctor until her last illness, two weeks before her death. Miss Roberts is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Emma Augustine and Mrs. Anna Augustine, and three brothers, Albert, Frank B. and William. Funeral services were held at the home of her brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. John G. Augustine, Friday afternoon, by Rev. Thomas Page, pastor of the Methodist Episcopal Church, of which she was a life-long member. Interment was made in the Addison Cemetery in the Roberts family lot, by mortician Harry B. Rishebarger. The floral tributes were beautiful. Pallbearers were Charles H. Bird, Frank L. Jefferys, John Hetrek, John Van Sickle, and Nelson and George Wright. Those coming from a distance to attend the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. James Roberts, and Mr. and Mrs. U. P. Rembold of Carmichaels, Mr. and Mrs. D. Thorn and Mrs. William Snoder of Pittsburgh.
