  ROBERTS
  
  Kenneth E. (Gene) Roberts, 63, of 203 East Main St., Somerset, died
  Feb. 10, 1995 at his residence.  Born Aug. 31, 1931 in Acosta, a son
  of Alyce (Rush) Roberts of Confluence and the late John Kenneth
  Roberts.  In addition to his mother he is survived by two daughters:
  Teresa of St. Louis, Mo., and Monica of Jacksonville, Fla., and a
  son, Kenneth also of Jacksonville, two grandchildren, a brother, John
  (Jack) Roberts of Cocoa, Fla., and three sisters: Mary Alice Wuest of
  Murray, Ky., Peggy Brown, and Karen Edmunds both of Confluence. He
  was preceded in death by a son, Scott.  Retired from U.S. Navy after
  22 years of service.  A member of Somerset VFW Post 554.  Friends will
  be received from 4 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Humbert Funeral home in
  Confluence where service will be held 11 a.m. Monday with Rev. A.
  Merl Calkins officiating.
