Born Nov. 30, 1912, in, Mount Savage, Md.; she was the daughter of the late Benjamin Franklin and Julia Ann (Davison) Witt. She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard L. Robertson, Dec. 8, 1981. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church, Grantsville, Md.Surviving are two sons, James Robertson, Dumfries, Va.; and Charles Robertson, Cumberland, Md.; eight daughters, Julia Walker, Indiana; Carmelita Weimer, Middletown, Del.; Shirley Glotfelty, Cumberland, Md.; Patricia Yommer, Grantsville, Md.; Margaretta Binns, Norfolk, Va.; Gertrude Grabill, Columbus, Ohio; Rose Marie Weimer, Avilton, Md.; and Caleen Brant, Hyattsville, Md.; one sister, Celia Schumacher, of Connecticut; 30 grandchildren; and 39 great-grandchildren. Friends were received at the Newman Funeral Home, Grantsville. Mass of Christian burial was celebrated Saturday at 9 a.m. at St. Ann's. Catholic Church by Father William Moody.
