  HOWARD L. ROBERTSON 
  
  Howard L. Robertson, 73, of Avilton, died Dec. 8, 1981 at Memorial
  Hospital, Cumberland, Md.  He was born in Midland, Md., and was a son
  of the late George Robertson and Maude (Harding) Robertson.  He was a
  member of the Methodist Church and was a retired foreman for the
  Kaiser Refractories, Zihlman.  He is survived by his widow, Gertrude
  (Witt) Robertson, Avilton; two sons, James Robertson, Dumfries, Va.;
  and Charles Robertson, Cumberland; eight daughters, Mrs. Julia
  Walker, Indiana, Pa.; Mrs. Carmelita Weimer, Newark, Del.; Mrs.
  Shirley Glotfelty, Cumberland; Mrs. Patricia Yommer, Grantsville,
  Md.; Mrs. Margaretta Binns, Norfolk, Va.; Mrs. Gertrude Grabill,
  Columbus, Ohio; Mrs. Rose Marie Weimer, Avilton, and Mrs. Caleen
  Brant, Laurel; seven brothers, John Robertson, Elmer Robertson,
  Raymond Robertson, William Robertson, Joseph Robertson, Charles
  Robertson and Melvin Robertson, and three sisters, Mrs. Mae Conway,
  Mrs. Margaretta Dodd, and Mrs. Drucilla Valentine; 30 grandchildren
  and 13 great-grandchildren.  Friends were received at the Newman
  Funeral Home where services were conducted by the Rev. K. Almond.
  Interment was in Sunset Memorial Park, Cumberland.
